It's hard to rate this as the Dianella branch gets 5 stars, but RAC gets 1 star.Wanted to book a stay on their 3 for 2 nights deal, but after you delved down into all the terms and conditions, I found it just to be click bait. I'm extremely disappointed.The Dianella branch really tried to help us. Also the new travel assistant was very good at doing a quote for Travel Insurance for us.

Went to get our international drivers licenses. Absolutely awful service with the woman serving us making an unrelated phone call whilst serving us and being stroppy as anything.

I had a terrible experience with RAC. We booked a camping site a year in advance and paid a deposit. Unfortunately, closer to the date, we realized that we couldn't go because my daughter had to undergo surgery on the same date. We didn't know about the surgery when we booked the holiday site. Although there were still a few months until the date, RAC refused to refund the deposit, stating that it could only be returned in the case of a life-threatening situation that prevented travel. My daughter's surgery was very important; if we didn't do it, she would lose three permanent teeth soon, and she is only seven years old. I strongly advise against using RAC for anyone. We have been with them for years, including home insurance, car insurance, and roadside assistance, but I am now considering switching to other providers. Please be careful when paying deposits to them!"

I love the staff. Its become a happy spot even to just drop in. You can not do better than RAC Dianella.

Helpful, attentive staff who are engaging and knowledgeable.Unfortunately there are not many of them, resulting in long waiting times for myself and other customers.

Was seen immediately by a friendly staff member on entering the office to pay my car Insurance.Further to this, my wallet was misplaced/stolen in a shopping centre several months ago, and despite my drivers licence, the only way the Centre could reach me was to call RAC (card in wallet),& ask them to contact me to advise me to call & collect it. Thanks RAC
