Great Service and awesome pricing! I would like to thank Emily from Elders Insurance who assisted me with our INV property insurance this week. I found the policy cover is better and is around 20% cheaper than what our renewal was so definitely a big win. Emily also explained me how they have a local claims handling team in Bunbury itself and that in an event of a claim, we could use our preferred trades which great!I will get you to review all our other insurances too Emily, you have been fantastic! Allianz Australia Insurance Limited
My car was stolen, the police caught the responsible party. Allianz said they would organise for my car to be towed to a repairer for a sharps test and for a mechanical/panel check. Contacted the towing company/repairer 4 days later, no news. My car has not been towed and nothing has been done. I have waited on the phone for a total of 5.5 hours today, on hold with the same hold music. No response. No response from the online inquiry. Its clear they do not care about their customers whatsoever.
