Rac mandurah, , I have been with Rac for 20 years now, and they have always , looked after me .For breakdowns , accidents, car Insurence , and travell Insurence.Do not hesitate , too become a member, they will always put you first.

Lady who sorted out my problems and created a new account for me was fantastic. Always prefer a long established WA company.

Took out house and contents insurance also have car insurance. The lady was so helpful and made it all so easy and the price of the insurance we were very happy with.

Easy platform to use excellent

Very professional and knowledgeable staff a pleasure to deal with.Took about 5 minutes to obtain an international driver's licence.

The lady at the desk was a bit grumpy the day I was there to pick up my car that costs $1700 cash btw. The mechanics are nice. One mechanic failed to fix a bigger problem but fixed the smaller problem that will later be the bigger problem because he thought I may not afford to pay the bigger problem bill which I replied how do you know I cant afford to pay you" I was angry about his self assessment of me and yes the car is showing signs its going to break down. Thanks for putting a band aid on my clutch kit lol"

I had a terrible experience with RAC. We booked a camping site a year in advance and paid a deposit. Unfortunately, closer to the date, we realized that we couldn't go because my daughter had to undergo surgery on the same date. We didn't know about the surgery when we booked the holiday site. Although there were still a few months until the date, RAC refused to refund the deposit, stating that it could only be returned in the case of a life-threatening situation that prevented travel. My daughter's surgery was very important; if we didn't do it, she would lose three permanent teeth soon, and she is only seven years old. I strongly advise against using RAC for anyone. We have been with them for years, including home insurance, car insurance, and roadside assistance, but I am now considering switching to other providers. Please be careful when paying deposits to them!
